Milan Defender Thiago Silva arrived in Paris for talks with PSG, reports Goal.com.

According to the resource, the Brazilians got permission to negotiate with the French club from Milan. 

As we have previously reported that as early as Wednesday, Silva could become a player PSG. Sum of transfer is estimated at 40-50 million Euros.
